                                                           – report thereof

Dear Comrades,

                First of all I convey my sincere thanks to all for electing me as Organising Secretary of prestigious Orgnaisation, the all India Central Ground Water Board Employees Association.  I am privilege to take this opportunity and invite your attention to the progress/pending issues, agenda items at various level required to be reviewed periodically so as to initiate further course of actions at various levels.  In this context your are requested to make me aware latest positions/status of issues/agenda items and other organizational matters, so that we ourselves can exchange mutual views and out of which we may secure maturity of issues/problems out of the conclusions reached on mutual exchange of ideas, we may gain/encash it for the betterment of employees/workmen.

                In this context, I request you to make me aware with latest developments on the nature of items to be achieved monthly wise in your branch committee.  After having consolidated the same we also required to review at the Central Level on each Branch Committee preferably in the quarterly held CEC meetings.

                Kindly ensure the same and make me forward march in helping achieved the charter before us on task.  A line of monthly report may definitely help to the success on our goals.
