M E M O R A N D U M

                In accordance with the decision of 1^st CEC meeting held on 30.08.203 at Ahmedabad, 3 more members have been co-opted as Assistant Organising Secretary from different parts and disciplines.  Therefore they will be kept as over all incharge of the following jurisdiction of Organisationed matters along with Organising Secretary.  They should report, if any matter is to be, to the Organising Secretary under the jurisdiction with an endorsement to the Secretary General, AICGWBEA.

·         All the Assistant Organising Secretaries are required to report to the Organising Secretary under intimation to Secretary General

·         The Organising Secretary is in over all supervision in addition to his own jurisdiction

·         This has the approval of the President/Secretary General, AICGWBEA
