Com.A.K.Halder,-resignation

NOTIFICATION

          By invoking the powers vested upon me in the Article XII A (i) of the Constitution, I hereby accept the resignation of Com.A.K.Halder, for the post of Secretary General.  Further I nominate Com.K.S.Madhusudhan, Assistant Secretary General to function as Secretary General.
